Robotic coaxial metal additive manufacturing technology using wire feed and laser fusion.
Enables the manufacture, repair and cladding of complex parts, typically ranging in size from 50 mm to 500 mm, with the possibility of larger volumes depending on the configuration and geometry of the part.
The MELTIO end effector is compatible with various metallic materials: steels (stainless steel, carbon steel, tool steel), titanium (TA6V) and nickel alloys (Inconel 625, Inconel 718) - Other alloys on request.

WLAM - PRECITEC
Description
WLAM - Wire Laser Additive Manufacturing
The PRECITEC effector is compatible with various metallic materials: steels (stainless, carbon, tool), titanium (TA6V) and nickel alloys (Inconel 625, Inconel 718) - Other alloys on request.
It enables the manufacture, repair and recharging of complex parts, typically between 100 mm and 1000 mm in size, with the possibility of achieving larger volumes depending on the configuration and geometry of the part.
