Laboratoire
The Compositadour, Addimadour and Turbolab technology platforms have a joint research and analysis laboratory dedicated to composite materials and additive manufacturing. This laboratory is equipped with a wide range of advanced characterisation tools, enabling precise and reliable tests to be carried out on a wide variety of materials and parts.
It is equipped with the following facilities:
- Sample preparation area: Dedicated areas for cutting, polishing and preparing samples to ensure optimum analysis.
- Compuscan: High-performance system for analysing the internal structure of composite materials.
- Leica DM750M optical microscope with ICC50 camera: Ideal for fine observation of microscopic structures.
- HITACHI TM4000 Plus II scanning electron microscope: High-resolution imaging for surface and microstructure analysis.
- Microtech MX7 Vickers hardness tester: Precise measurement of the hardness of materials.
- SYNTAX 300 - 3R Labo tensile test bench: for assessing mechanical properties such as the tensile strength of composite or 3D-printed materials.
