Research Lecturer in Turbomachinery

As part of its Research and Development activities, ESTIA is recruiting.

Context

The successful candidate will join the ESTIA Research Department and report directly to the Director of Research. They will work closely with the manager of the TURBOLAB platform, as well as with the manager of the TMACH 4.0 Joint Laboratory (LabCom).

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must hold a PhD in one of the following fields: turbomachinery, mechanics of materials, structural dynamics, vibrations, or fluid mechanics.

Significant research experience is expected, ideally demonstrated by an HDR (Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches – Accreditation to Supervise Research).

Previous experience in leading a research team, developing an original research area, supervising PhD students, submitting research proposals, and collaborating with academic and industrial partners is also required.
